At Ortho Shoes Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that finding the perfect orthopedic footwear sometimes requires trying them on at home. Our return policy is designed to make your shopping experience as comfortable as possible while ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.
Return Period
- ✓ Our return policy allows returns within 30 days from the delivery date
- ✓ Items must be unworn and in their original condition
- ✓ Original packaging must be intact and included
- ✓ All tags and labels must remain attached
Please note: If 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-fitted orthopedic shoes
- Personalized or modified footwear
- Items marked as final sale
- Socks and other intimate apparel
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
Return Process

- Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Package your return securely with all original materials
- Include your proof of purchase and RAN

Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, we recommend:
- Return your original purchase following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
- This ensures you get the item you want without delay
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage or incorrect item
- We will cover return shipping for damaged or incorrect items
- Replacement items will be shipped at our expense
