In-Store Payments

When visiting our store at 350 Ross Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3A 0L4, you can pay using:

• Cash
• Debit Cards
• Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Mobile Payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay)

When choosing PayPal as your payment method:

1. You will be redirected to the secure PayPal payment page
2. Log in with your PayPal credentials to confirm the payment
3. You can pay even without a PayPal account by selecting "Pay with Debit/Credit Card"

At Ortho Shoes Canada, we prioritize the security of your payment information:

• All online transactions are encrypted using SSL technology
• We do not store credit card information
• Our payment systems comply with PCI DSS standards
• We monitor transactions for suspicious activity

Order Processing

• Orders are processed during business hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
• You will receive an email confirmation once your payment is processed
• Your credit card will be charged when the order is placed

Currency

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). For international customers, currency conversion rates are determined by your card issuer or PayPal at the time of purchase.

For custom orthopedic shoes and special orders:

• A 50% deposit is required to initiate the order
• The remaining balance is due upon completion
• Custom orders are non-refundable
